The UIBC-UC recently organised a meeting with the Hon. Home Minister of Gujarat (India), Mr. Harsh Sanghavi and UIBC-UC members in presence. During the meeting, the Hon.Minister highlighted the substantial potential for infrastructural development in major cities in Gujarat, aligning with their 2036 Olympic objectives.
In the discussions, a crucial emphasis on mega infrastructure development emerged from the vision to position Gujarat as a hub for recreational facilities, tourism, and overall advancement.
During the meeting, UIBC-UC's Chairman, Mr. Faizal Kottikollon - Chairman of KEF Holdings - underscored the significance of building top-notch infrastructure around tourism spots, drawing inspiration from the UAE's successful models. Additionally, UIBC-UC's Board Member, Mr. Nilesh Ved - Chairman & CEO of Apparel Group - stressed the importance of initiatives originating from the UAE, underlining the collaborative spirit between the two regions.
